Second-level professional position accountable for providing complex analysis and supports to contracted service providers, monitoring the activities and compliance of internal and external systems and agencies, and communicating effectively to regional, state and federal level management. Employees may provide high level peer support, training and guidance, and/or direct supervision to first-level professionals.
In addition to those identified in the previous level: Knowledge of statutes, policies, procedures, and regulations related to assigned program operation. Knowledge of principles of administration, supervision, contract preparation and monitoring, and accounting systems as related to assigned duties. Ability to interpret and judge compliance with binding authorities.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
