This is a managerial position accountable for overseeing a program or programs to manage the state’s/government’s real estate portfolio, including supervision of lower-level positions. At this level, employees provide guidance and recommendations into property management and space utilization strategies; engage in complex negotiations; and identify, select, and oversee external contractors. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, planning and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Knowledge of managerial techniques and administrative practices. Ability to analyze and evaluate policies and operations and formulate recommendations, manage change, provide program management, and achieve results.
Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
