Docket Clerk
This is a vocational level position accountable for preparation of the schedule of cases in adjudicatory or administrative hearings. An employee is responsible for reviewing and distributing legal documents to attorneys and hearings officers, contacting witnesses and lawyers, and preparing orders for the court.
Knowledge of basic legal terminology and the legal process. Knowledge of office policy and procedures and computer software. Ability to manage and organize multiple calendars and schedules.
High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
